WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. I was reading through reviews before going in and was quite nervous about how my day would turn out. I was very happily surprised. Spoke to a nice girl named Kiki. She was super sweet and was personable. She helped me find the products I was looking for and then was able to ring me out on the register. She was super helpful on the app as well and connected it to my account to get me my coupons. I can’t not say such positive things about her coworkers except the rep for Clinique( very kind and very hardworking) Will be coming back.

Came in today looking for a new skincare routine. Typically the staff here is very dismissive so I try to avoid this location however my experience today was completely different due to one young woman in particular. Jacqueline was absolutely amazing. She was very patient with me and helped me find a new foundation which is always a hassle because not a lot of brands offer good shades but she was able to find one so quickly. I apologized a thousand times for asking so many questions but she made me feel like I wasn’t bothering her at all and calmed my nerves. I dragged her up and down the aisles looking for new products because I really wanted to take advantage of finding a good associate who was happy to help me. This was a refreshing experience and really made me change my opinion on retail shopping at Ulta Beauty…
