Ramen KoBo

I love Ramen KoBo! They are my favorite ramen place in town. This is a hip trendy place in a nice location. I really like the spicy ramen with the black garlic oil in the side.

Everything about this place is incredible! The ramen is to die for, the fried rice is savory and filling, and the fried gyoza is delicious! Would 100% recommend!

We love ramen kobo!! I have tried tonkatsu, Miso, and shoyu broths at varying levels of spiciness. I am a traditionalist maybe so my favorite is shoyu or tonkatsu broths at the original level with no spicy. If I want a lighter broth I choose shoyu (chicken) that day, or if I want something to really fill my belly up I will order the tonkatsu which is heavy and creamy pork broth. I enjoy the toppings included especially the little bit of roasted garlic. We have also tried the chashu buns which are light and airy, we don’t get them anymore though because we simply order one bowl for each of us. We are always in and out pretty quickly with excellent service and excellent food at reasonable prices.

Updating my review to add:: they are great for take out and to go orders too!! We used to eat in but have slowed that down a lot since covid, so the option for take out is super and holds up well.
