I ordered online a week or two ago, and when I walked in to the store to pick them up, someone was on the phone talking to a customer. Which is also a positive change bc I could never get through to the store in years past, no matter how many times I called. Also, the store looks more organized, and the staff were friendly. Leila checked me out, and she was very nice.
