Love this gym, not crowded unlike other commercial gyms, but could use another stand alone incline and flat bench rather than using the squat rack.

They have a great set of equipment, and are pretty cheap in pricing too! I have heard great things about their training sessions as well. It's about $30 per session for professional level training. I definitely recommend them for people who are trying to get the most bang for their buck without sacrificing too much.

I absolutely love this place. It has everything you need in order to get in tip top shape minus the contracts. No need to feel insecure or awkward. Here you can get in your zone, crush your workouts and even try new moves that would otherwise make you feel insecure at bigger gyms.
The owner is such a sweetheart and is VERY knowledgeable about what it is you need to do in order to lose weight, gain muscle, and reach your goals etc. This is as good as it gets, don't wait any longer, go join right now!!????????????????I'm serious!
