Kail sold me the phones and she is a rock star without a guitar. what an amazing you lady. i gave her a hug for making it so easy to switch.
Went back in the next day for a minor issue and question and Alec jumped right in and did amazing .

I want to start off by saying I am technology challenged so going into the Verizon store was something I was dreading but once I got into the store a associate named alec was extremely friendly & personable also very knowledgeable & was able to explain it to where I could understand. He asked what I was looking for out of a phone & after telling him he gave me a couple options 1of which was exactly what I'm looking for. I never leave surveys but alec was so great I felt I really needed to this time & would recommend any1 that needs a phone go see him I know I definitely will when I need another phone.

I worked with Kail today. I needed lots of help with with a troubled phone. She helped me tremendously. Stayed with the issue to the very end. Problem solved. Thanks Kail.

I went to Washington ch location and Brittany helped me. She was Fantastic! Friendly, very knowledgeable, helpful, you name it. A+++++++ employeeee never get rid of her!!! Thank you again !!!

Great Mobil station. I fuel up here regularly. Competitively priced top tier fuel. Clean, well equipped station and store. It is a major truck stop for I80. There is also a motel as well.
