Jordan's Furniture Nashua

The staff could not have been nicer. No pushy salespeople. And Eliot was there and was so friendly and accommodating. Would not hesitate to buy any additional furniture needed.

I love Jordan's Furniture! The selections are fantastic and the sales people are always helpful. I printed off some sofa's that I wanted to look at and went in to look at them. I gave my selection to the salesperson and she walked me around and helped me find all of them. She answered all my questions and their was absolutely no pressure to purchase. I did not purchase that day, but came back a few days later and another salesperson helped me complete my transaction. I ended up purchasing an awesome Natuzzi sofa. I have purchased several pieces of furniture from Jordan's Furniture and I have never been disappointed. Great job by all!

We were shopping for a new mattress/box spring set. I was impressed with how many employees were in the department so there was no waiting to get assistance. The staff was very helpful and not pushy at all. Listened to what we wanted and guided us. The delivery was very quick and professional. The young men had it set up and gone in ten minutes and they were very polite.

I can only comment on the store experience at this time, but I'm going to assume that there won't be any issues with delivery when that happens. The store itself is very inviting. Because we were specifically in the market for a new mattress, we didn't explore the whole store, though I'm sure we would have spent more money by doing so. The furniture seemed well made, and was certainly displayed well. We were met by Karen and once we told her what we were looking for, took us right to the sleep lab, where we were "fitted" with a mattress. We tried it, liked it, and after trying a few others within a similar fit, bought it. We were in and out of the store in probably 45 minutes, and very happy with the experience. Karen has been with Jordan's for 25 years, is a true pro, and spoke very highly of the Jordan Bros. and their honesty and humanity. That's a winning combination in my book.

THIS EDITED POST is written 2 days after delivery. My opinion of Jordan's Furniture has only been elevated higher after the smooth delivery of our new bed. The truck arrived well within the 3 hour window that was mentioned (after 9 previous deliveries, I might add). They quickly removed my old mattress/box spring, set up the new base, unpacked the new mattress, and made sure that the remote control for the base was paired properly. Within 30 minutes we were rearranging the furniture we had moved to make their job easier. My wife and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Jordan's Furniture!

I wasn't looking forward to searching for furniture this week. My past experiences involved furniture stores that were laid out terribly, and pushy sales people trying to sell me furniture that I didn't like for more than I wanted to spend. That all changed when I walked into Jordan's in Nashua. Your store is laid out so that bedrooms are in one place, dining rooms in another, living rooms in another, etc, etc, etc. It was so easy to find the area's I needed and view all the options in each area. Then I met your sleep technician, Perry, and your sales consultant, Doreen, and they truly made it an easy and pleasant experience. Perry was very knowledgeable about the mattresses (and you have so many of them on display) that he was able to guide me to exactly the right one on the very first try. Doreen had a bit more of a challenge. Being a large man I needed a very specific type of armchair and Doreen walked me through the entire showroom, making suggestions and offering advice, but never being pushy as we went from chair to chair. She stayed with me until, finally, I sat in the perfect chair! I was impressed that she put as much effort into helping me find one chair as she would if I had been shopping for an entire living room set. The store is clean, brightly lit, well stocked with every imaginable style of furniture. And with employees like Perry and Doreen, it is definitely a store that I will be going back to.
