  I cannot express how grateful we were to be able to work with such an amazing agent on purchasing our first home. Sherri went above and beyond what she needed to do to ensure we closed on our property before the new year and that is exactly what she did. Sherri continued to constantly keep us in the loop of what was happening throughout the home buying process making sure we knew the next steps and ALWAYS made sure we were never stressed out.   Sherri was such a pleasure to work with. She never rushed us or made us pressured to make any decisions. Always gave us space and allowed us to really enjoy the house buying experience!! Would definitely recommend Sherry.

  We have sold a number of homes over the years and Kathy and Steve have been by far the best real estate agents we have ever encountered. They truly understand customer service and real estate. Honesty and integrity are not just words with them, they actively abide by that in all they do. They had the patience of saints in their willingness to answer all our questions throughout the entire selling process from our initial contact through the successful selling of our home.   As a first time home buyer we were intimidated by the process but Sherri Smith made us feel so comfortable. She was incredibly accommodating and patient, especially with our needs as a family. It was very prompt once we showed interest in a house which is important in a competitive housing market like this! Sherri was very educational and allowed for no unwanted surprises such as any fees or closing costs. She the displayed the utmost professionalism and made sure every step of the way we were informed.
