  I stopped in to open a checking and savings account, unsure about how it would go due to credit history and reviews. I had a bad experience at wings so i came to trustone. Varinder was at Shakopee location but out of chanhassen, great experience, friendly, knowledgeable, i was able to get my accounts set up hassle free and had great financial convos about crypto and stocks and rebuilding credit. Glad i stopped in thanks

  I have to say the costumer service here is very satisfying. I had a dispute, they took care of me over the phone with a company who pulled money from me twice. So I would recommend Charmaine Bing! She is a senior member. She’s told me she’s been doing this longer then I have been around. 😎 You can find her at the shakopee location.

  We recently applied for an auto loan through Firefly Credit Union in Shakopee. My Loan Advisor was Jesse Lara. He was very knowledgeable and made the entire loan process simple. Not only did we get a great interest rate, but he took his time in answering all of my questions. We will definitely contact Jesse for any future loan needs. Truly a five star experience.

  Great location - always have great service here, staff is always friendly from the moment you arrive!Food never disappoints, love that they offer so many meals "in the pink" for a healthy option! They offer two different kids menus, one of little ones and ones who might need a little more than a kids menu - so great! Plus the bathrooms are clean!

  Hostess seemed distracted as it took a few minutes to get a booth. Server (Sam) was wonderful. Knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly and very attentive without hovering. Food was very good, amazing kids menu, lots of choices. Glad we went!!

  Took a while to get seated even though we did call ahead and arrived when we were supposed to. They were very busy, so it was understandable. Food was great, server was excellent. He engaged my special needs son in the conversation instead of asking us what he wanted....big plus.

  We decided to give the restaurant another try after a so so previous visit. We are so happy we did. Since it was Halloween we got to see the staff all dressed in their costumes. Our server was dressed as a slice of pepperoni pizza. She was excellent. Seriously great service. The manager came by to thank us for giving them another chance and gave us a gift card for a future visit. We will absolutely return. I ,can see exactly why the parking lot is always busy. We can't wait to return!

  Had fun time there last night. Went out for some drinks with friends and it was great. Staff was very nice even though we were being very loud. Sorry bout that. Got the lemon blueberry cheese cake which was phenomenal. Highly recommend.
