I met a gentleman at a grocery store a couple weeks back and we were in line together and started casually chatting about the weather and somehow I got into how my car just started making a rattling noise. His name was Erick and he handed me his card for Major League Auto Sales and told me if I was ever looking to buy a new car to give him a call. A few days ago my car started smoking and had a strange smell coming from the heater. In a panic I'm calling different auto stores trying to get a good price on the repairs for my vehicle. I remembered my interaction with Erick previously and called the number on the card. Erick answered and not only was this man incredibly kind and helpful, but he had also remembered me as well, which meant a lot.
On a stressful day when I'm panicking to figure out where to go and how much its going to cost made the day more stressful than usual and being on disability makes it hard to save up and have the extra money for a vehicle issue or for any emergency requiring money. He not only calmed my anxiety but he referred me to a trusted friend that fixes cars. He didn't have to do that at all. He works for a business that sells cars and he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. In a world where so many only think about themselves, I cant Express to people how much this means to me. Also anyone who refers a new customer their way gets a $150 off so you will truly miss out not only on this deal but the great people and services that this business provides.
I just want to thank Erick again for going above and beyond for me. I will be sending anyone of my friends and family to Major League Auto Sales from here on out!
