Excellent service! Probably the best mechanic shop in Salem. Staff is always friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable. They actually care about helping you out, unlike some of the other shops in the area.
This place saved my day! My tire was flat and the guys here patched it up and it only took 10 mins out of my day to do it. Very happy with the professionalism these people give. I only like to go to them!

I liked dealing with Phil, he is fair, easy to talk to, and extremely knowledgeable. Other shops would have most likely taken days or even weeks on this job, but Custom Car fixed my Galant in 1 day, they even gave me a free loaner car for the night. I cant see bringing my car anywhere else from now on, I finally found a mechanic shop I can trust...Im told I can be tough to deal with and quick to criticize, but in this case I had a 100% positive experience. I would rate this shop 5-stars.
