  Huge fan of this location! Parking is a breeze, it’s usually pretty empty during the day. The only busy time was around 5pm one night. I believe I met the owner/manager once and he was very kind to me. The gym offers tanning (I personally do not use) which is a great bonus!
  Love the variety of equipment and the way the space is utilized. My only complaint is the treadmills, they seem to have lost their “bounce” so when I run it I feel all my energy is being drained when I step.

  I work out around 7am in the mornings and it's never crowded. They have all the equipment you could need.

  My son attends first step and he loves going there. The teachers are excellent and their director really cares about the children's education. They do lots of fun stuff for the kids as well, like yoga, cooking classes, spanish lessons and visits from the local police and fire departments. It's such a great place for kids. I highly recommend it.

  Our program provides a family oriented environment. My son attends First Step Preschool. The teachers are all Certified through NJ Dept of Education. The director of the preschool holds a Doctorate Degree in Education from Columbia University, Teachers College. The quality of teaching is at its highest at First Step, they provide a perfect balance of academics and social skills activities. They provide special programs (Yoga, Music, Science, Reading, Cooking, and Spanish) already included in the tuition. Flexible schedules, and hours are available to meet all the parents working and life style needs.
