From the moment I walked into the office it was welcoming. The receptionist greeted you and shortly after the doctor himself came out and said "You must be Johanna". This in itself made me feel even more comfortable. Needless to say I was in a lot of discomfort and pain and they made sure I knew what I needed to do. Dr. Zaccaria sat next to me and reviewed all of my paperwork. The conversation was not rushed and I really felt heard as a patient. The rest of the consultation was also very pleasant and I felt all my questions were answered. With a simple exercise, that I was asked to do at home that night and the next morning I immediately felt so much relief. I saw him the next morning and after an adjustment the discomfort and pain diminished even more. I could tell from the way I slept, sat in my car and even walked that I was seeing improvement. He has provided a number of exercises for me to do at work and at home to relieve the tension that builds up from siting at a desk all day and from day to day stress. I have a plan of care that I feel comfortable with and I look forward to seeing an improvement in my quality of life thanks to all I am learning from Dr. Zaccaria.
