(May 29, 2023, 10:15 pm)Total Positive experience. Kevin was very responsive and came out right away, measured, and had his estimate written in a very descriptive and professional manner. He was super helpful, friendly and, honest! True to his word, there was no delay, the products used were exactly what was agreed upon. The crew worked fast and were also careful and respectful to the property. They also cleaned up well once the job was completed too! Very, very pleased with the outcome. Highly recommended!

(May 9, 2023, 6:49 pm)From the day they inspected my roof, the various phone conversations, to the actual sit down of the presentation, then to the actual work I will say 100% professional !!!! They informed me of the time the dumpster will show up and it did, they told me what time the roofers will show up on both days and they did, they told me what time the material will show up and it did. The workers did their jobs professionally, and they did a wonderful job on my roof and clean up both days, Nicolas showed up both days and spent a few hours each day keeping me in the loop. My wife and I can't be happier !!!!

(September 14, 2022, 11:47 am)Totally positive experience. My 3 tab asphalt shingles had wind damage and I didn't even know it. I did know my vent stack seals were shot so I was looking for roof repair. Reisch's rep, Ed Diaz, pointed out tell-tale signs of wind damage and proposed we get the opinion of my homeowner's insurance: USAA. They came by with their own inspector who climbed around my roof and agreed the roof was wind damaged. Yes, I was out some $$$ for the deductible, but that's chump-change compared to paying it all.
As for the roof itself, it is so vastly superior to what was standard and to-code 20+ years back. My original roof was basic three tab, 25 year asphalt, tar paper and some aluminum flashing in the valleys. My new roof is a composite of 7 different GAF roofing products - from layered asphalt shingles, to ridge vents, drip edges, etc. All together it comes with a 50 year "Gold Pledge" limited warranty direct from GAF, listing Reisch as the "Certified Contractor". NIce touch.
Finally, the crew that put it in was a very impressive team. Everybody knew what their job was and they went at it. They showed up like a storm at 8am and were wrapping up a beautiful new roof by 5pm; including their lunch break in the heat of the day. I should note, they replaced three sheets of plywood. My roof was worse off than I thought.
I'll wrap up as I started by stating it was a totally positive experience. -

(October 19, 2021, 6:19 pm)I had a great experience with this Reisch Roofing and Construction. Kevin and Daniela were a pleasure to deal with. They renovated my entire condo for sale. They came in under budget and it looked great. Daniela had lots of ideas on how to save money and make the place look like a million bucks. It sold in 3 days and I was thrilled. I highly recommend.

He guided me through the whole insurance claim from beginning to end! And he was able to get my insurance to triple the original amount they quoted! The new roof and gutters were done so quickly and look great!!! I highly recommend!!!! You will not regret getting Kevin on the job!!!! He absolutely is the best!!!
