    We knew exactly what we were looking for at Bobs and their Black Friday sale was the perfect time to shop. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by Gail. We wandered around a bit (and were so thankful that she gave us the space to do so) - when we were ready, she had looped around and found us at the same time. We purchased the loveseat and sofa we came in for, then with her help found the most beautiful, true wood pieces that would complete our look. The service NEVER felt pushy or forceful. It was a pleasure working with her and we would recommend her to anyone who asks. Our delivery was scheduled for next week and we were out of the store in an hour tops - and only because we stayed to chat and check out what else we may invest in, in the future. Thank you GAIL! we won't work with anyone else

    The sales associate who helped, Donna, was fantastic to work with. She wasn’t pushy like most sales associates are at furniture places, she gave us our space and helped us pick a great dresser. Out of all the furniture stores we have visited Bobs was definitely one of the best. While we were offered complementary treats and coffee while we shopped.

    Been to many Bob’s Furniture stores and this one is easily the best and nicest. Peter helped us out and was a true professional. We came from New York to check out all of the furniture stores on Route 17 and we’re pretty disappointed with all of them besides Bob’s. Not wasting any time anymore at other furniture stores. Bob’s has timeless furniture pieces of all different varieties and styles. Peter made our experience a true pleasure with zero pressure. Honestly wouldn’t have been the same experience without Guy. He went above and beyond for us and he didn’t have to. Excited to come back to furnish the rest of our house!

    Great experience! Grant is SUPER helpful and knowledgeable. The store is very clean and they got lots of beautiful stuff. On my visit I was able to meet Carlos, the manager , also a nice guy very friendly. Overall, my visit was great, as soon as I walked into Grant saw me and greeted me. Definitely coming back

    I was gently greeted by Mo who was such a gentleman and not a shark. He helped me with all my questions. He even gave my son ice cream so that I was able to shop with my son being occupied. I had to come back once I knew measurements and when I did, Ben helped me, also very nice, soft-spoken and did not attack the sale. He was able to give Mo the credit for the sale. Pleasure working with everyone there! I was surprised to see how well-made the furniture is, Nice experience so far, I hope the delivery goes just as smoothly.
