Chico's

I am very grateful to Samantha and Ruth (Chico's Paramus Park Mall, Paramus NJ store) not only for their outstanding Customer Service, but for their kindness, honesty, and concern for customers that goes beyond the shopping experience. I've been a loyal Chico's customer for years, this brand makes 70% of my wardrobe, and it served me well when I had much more weight on me (forgiving and stylish), and when I lost much weight (formfitting and even more stylish), but my recent experience made me appreciate Chico's service much more. A few days ago my wedding ring slipped off my finger when I was shopping, I did not know where I lost my ring (a very valuable item from the material and emotional perspective), but when I called Chico's I've leaned that they found and kept my ring safe in hopes to return it. Samantha, Ruth, I am forever grateful! Your are excellent professionals and wonderful persons...

This is my favorite store to shop for unique women clothings. Their associates are the best. They are extremely nice, always willing to help you find your sizing as their clothing are labeled differently. Lovely boutique to visit if you need unique designs to buy

My favourite store. Well made clothes for working women and women on the go who want to look sophisticated and smart.

Nice store with good buyer. Would like more larger sizes on site. Went home and ordered on line. Staff helpful and knows their products.

Staff very nice and very helpful. Unfortunately clothing style and quality have changed over the years and not the wonderful clothing that used to have. However, still worth going because sometimes can buy really nice styles and quality......unfortunately not all the time the way it used to be when they had what we now call "vintage Chicos" (good quality and styling)!!!
