Beth Israel from this Shade Store location was fantastic! While the previous salesperson I worked with at this location transferred to a different Shade Store, Beth still took the time to look up my previous order and make note of my preferences for our first meeting.

When I arrived at the Shade Store, she took me through each decision I needed to make, and did not pressure me at all to pick one style or another. She understood the look and feel I was going through, and we went through the whole ordering process in an efficient manner.

She set an installation date for me, and helped me get a COI for my co-op managing agent.

The installer was very friendly, and the shades I ordered for three windows were installed in less than 30 minutes. The Shade Store is simply the best. They take care of everything from start to finish, and sent a professional to measure each aspect of your windows. I could not be happier with Beth and The Shade Store.

We are extremely pleased with the shade we bought and the entire experience with the Shade Store. Our window had certain design issues which the sales team worked hard on accommodating with excellent communication by email. The installation was a bit of a challenge for the installer but he took his time and was able to get it to come out right.

We will definitely return when we're ready for more window treatments.

The Shade Store made the process of ordering and installing so easy! Kate was so friendly from the second we walked in the store, showing us different options of materials and curtain tracks, and helping decide what would work best for our budget and needs. We changed our minds several times before finally deciding on a final product and she was so patient throughout the process, providing different quotes each time. The timing from delivery to installation was also super quick, and the installer came and put the tracks up very efficiently and with no issues. We are doing various renovations in our apartment and the customer service from The Shade Store has surpassed the rest of the vendors and companies we've been working with by a mile, from start to finish. I will definitely look to use them again for future projects!
