  I'm a first time mom, so naturally I worry about everything. One of the things that I've never had to worry about is leaving my son at the Learning Experience in Waldwick. It will always be one of the best decisions I've ever made! The staff is just excellent and very communicative when it comes to your child's development. The directors and teachers are so helpful and they truly love these kids like they were their own. It feels like I'm leaving my child with an extended member of the family. I highly, highly recommend this school!!

  Being that I am a former Educational Director and a current early childhood/elementary school educator, it was imperative to find a safe and educational school for my children. I am very fortunate to have found this beautiful and pristine school! The teachers are highly experienced and have their degrees in education. The curriculum is an enriching and challenging experience; along with fun and motivating hands-on learning!! Common Core Standards are aligned with each academic subject. This type of education is important because it will provide a solid foundation of how to apply these concepts in their elementary school years! The teachers and directors are warm and friendly. They always provide open communication about your child's day. The Learning Experience of Waldwick is above and beyond a daycare and school. It feels like an extended family and home to my three children. I am grateful to have TLE in our lives!

  We had our boy, 20 months now, first attend a "mom and pop" center close to our home. They were wonderful. Life changed, jobs changed and little Richie's needs began to change. We moved him over to The Learning Experience in Waldwick because of the good name, and academics. Being in childcare myself, I knew it was time. We thought the transition would be easy considering Richie's temperament and his overall experiences in childcare starting from 6 months. It didn't go as planned. He had a very tough transition and it was "killing" us. We questioned whether or not we made the right choice. Well, because of the staff and the leadership there, after a few rough days, Richie started to blossom. The teachers went out of their way to make his transition an easy and comfortable one. They sent pictures and videos throughout the day showing how happy our son was, and how much he started learning. AMAZING. They teach sign language, age appropriate lessons as well as character education. Richie started talking more, with a much better grasp of phonics and whole language concepts. He's learned how to share and to even say please and thank you. Even his eating habits improved. The staff, including the owners, took the time to work with him and make us all feel comfortable and relieved. Now, Richie runs to the door in the morning with his back pack waiting for us to drop him off at "school" as Richie refers to it. Now, he only cries when we pick him up to got home :) Really great job everyone-thank you for all that you do.

  As a first-time mom, I was anxious bringing my baby to daycare, but my fears were quickly allayed after my daughter's first day at TLE Waldwick. Her teachers and other staff are fantastic, her social development has skyrocketed and she learns something new every day! We have been a part of the TLE family for almost a year now and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend it!
