  Billy has been working at this location for years this my second time using this place and this is the only place I do use my first time was back in 2008 he is a very good respectful person I will always come back here if I need a storage.

  Iris was wonderful. I did not have alot to start off with but the manager in the office was very kind and understanding. Iam handicapped and unable to move but Iris went above and beyond her job to make sure me and my girlfriend were as comfortable as possible and made the process as easy as can be. If you're in need of storage go see Iris in Mt. Holly not only will you get what you need but she will brighten your day.

  I recently stopped into the Mt holly site to look around and get prices on a unit that would best suit my needs when I’m ready to move shortly.I was helped by a young lady Shannon who made this process very easy and enjoyable.while getting ready to move shortly is stressful she made this part easy.she was very knowledgeable and took her time to show me multiple units and all the packing materials and insurance information I would need to protect and properly store by belongings.Having someone like Shannon has really made me not have to worry about storing my stuff away.I didn’t actually get a unit today I am still setting specific dates and such for my move but now I have all the information I need for when I do move shortly and can check this headache off my checklist.I will be coming back to Shannon in the near future as I would love for a company with workers like her to safely store my cherish able items.

  I have no complaints. Our move in was quick & easy. The staff is great. I recieved a call the next day to verify I was satisfied. The facility is clean & in a safe location.

  They went above & beyond! Billy is AMAZING! We showed up in a panic with less than half an hour to closing time & a moving company who was less than satisfactory. After hearing our story, Billy not only finished renting us two storage units, but made sure to get an extension past closing for us so that we could move everything in, if we needed it. On top of that, he made sure to extend the courtesy of letting us know that we could call him after hours, if needed. Aside from this, I had other encounters with Billy & each made me feel at ease & well taken care of. It's nice to know that there are people out there who understand when others need help or are having a bad day & need a smiling face & a helping hand. Billy is, by far, an extraordinary person with a huge heart. Upon closing out, we also met Iris, who was super sweet & extremely personable & caring as well. It actually made me sad in a way that we had to move our things out. Thank you to both Billy & Iris for making a really difficult time in our lives due to others, not only simpler, but extremely pleasant. With Gratitude, Raf
