I called my car dealer to ask them if they could put air in my tires. They said, "No, we're too busy." Mind you, I bought the car there and they've performed all service on the car. Thanks for nothing! I drove into Firestone and was greeted right away by a nice guy, Brandon. He said he would be happy to put air in my tires and he IMMEDIATELY did so. He was polite, professional, and pleasant. Firestone, you have a gem in Brandon! He provided GREAT customer service!👍😁

Superb service! Brandon and Terry there are just a couple of a beauties. Real salt of the earth fellas. I'm a canadian medical doctor that came down to Minneapolis for a 2 day giant board exam, and the day before part 1 of the exam, some knucklehead hit my car by mall of america when i was getting coffee. These guys checked my car in 45 min for only $21.99 and were very honest and thorough. A nearby Toyota dealership was gonna charge me $165 bucks PER HOUR. Great service, efficient, and great ppl. Highly recommend taking ur car there

They care about their customers. They're honest. I talked with Howie about flushing my heater core. He quoted me a fair price and I left my vehicle with them. 20 minutes later I get a call from Howie. He informs me that they would most likely have to replace the heater core hoses at an additional expense. Howie also told me that they also added a half gallon coolant/antifreeze to my radiator. I choose not to have the work done at this time. So I picked up my vehicle and Howie only charged me $20. But even better than that was the fact that it fixed my problem. I have heat now! Howie could of charged me the full price that they quoted me. But instead Howie looked out for a first time customer. I'd recommend Firestone Complete Auto Care to anyone for their honesty and because they lookout for their customers. Thank you for looking out for me. I'll be back!!

This is a bit far from my house, but it's worth coming here because the service is great! The owner is always friendly, and I had a good experience with their alteration service. I got my suit tailored for a wedding, and it came out great. Highly recommend!
