(December 15, 2018, 10:41 am)I am writing this on behalf of my grandmother, she had her Honda Fit repaired at the Runnemede Caliber not once but twice when I was deployed. She still talks about Tara, David and Jason and how well they took care of her during both experiences. Every Saturday as we drive by the center, she tells me about the popcorn and what a comfort they were to her and how Tara helped her to understand what she was being told. Thank you Tara for going as far as you did to make my Grandmother feel at ease. She will never forget you taking the time to show her how to operate the rear window washer and adjusting the driver seat of her rental for her. And thank you David and Jason for being "sweet gentlemen" to her when she was unsure and scared. Her car still looks as if it rolled off the showroom floor. I recommend this business to everyone who needs collision repair.

(October 5, 2018, 11:27 am)I had an accident with my brand new 2018 Chevy Impala. I brought my car to Caliber Collision on Monday and it was ready on Thursday. Wow! I want to thank David who was very thorough, friendly and professional. He did the intake and walk-around. He showed me what would be done, prepared the estimate and explained it very well. Tara was so friendly and professional, too! When I picked up my car, David went over the car with me and demonstrated that all the lights, turn signals, horn, wipers and mirrors were in working order. I pointed out a small smudge, outside of the repair area that may not have been from their shop, but he was happy to oblige me. He was able to use the "magic in the bottle" and buffed it out, restoring the brilliant shine. Let me say, you can not tell this car was ever in an accident. The repair work and components that were replaced are perfectly aligned. The entire lamp assembly on the left front was damaged and replaced. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision if your car needs to be perfect.
