He always explains hard to understand terminology and does his best to assist his patient. A family man himself, he understands how to treat people and provides excellent service while maintaining his integrity.

He diagnosed my problem perfectly, and adjusted my hearing aids appropriately such that I now hear better than any time since getting my hearing aids from the VA more than 5 years ago.
