Family member found Dr Wertheimer 20 years ago but I only switched to him years later. Wonderful, kind, patient, very up to date. Great experience.
I needed an ophthalmologist quickly before the weekend, to remove a foreign object from my son’s eye that Urgent Care was not able to resolve but gave us a referral to Dr. Wertheimer at Essex Eye. Talk about exceeding all expectations.
They squeezed us in within 2 hrs, the doctor was pleasant, attentive and thorough....even the office staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome ( a very refreshing change from the norm!).
