Found this place after I moved here thanks to the military. The trainers are absolutely amazing and welcoming. They create an amazing environment for growth and community. If you’re looking for a second home and a place to improved your strength and speed, this is the place. They create a workout schedule for you to help you attain the goals you want to reach. I wanted to get faster for baseball and they helped me dramatically over just a few weeks. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to improve and do it in a fun way.

TNL has been a life-changing experience for me. I’ve been working out here for 4 years now and honestly couldn’t ask for a better experience than what I’ve had. Being a part of a community this strong has made working out a lot more fun and has made this place like a second home. Getting the opportunity to come in here on a daily basis and get 1-on-1 assistance with a personalized program and a staff that is committed to bettering its clients has made me into a much better athlete and a much better person. I really don’t know what I would do without having the opportunity to come in here on a daily basis to get better and am thankful to have the opportunity to be a part of such a great place.

Training at TnL has been an incredible experience. My son started in January and I started in May 2023 with adult fitness program. The environment is both challenging and comfortable at the same time. There is a ton of support and encouragement allowing me to push myself and still feel safe. Both Shawn and Connor, as well as Gabby and Davis, are very helpful, encouraging and knowledgeable. The environment they have created is fun and makes me look forward to going each morning as well want to improve. I already feel stronger and more fit.

My time at TNL has been an absolutely incredible experience. The coaches there have played a pivotal role in my development throughout the summer, preparing me extensively for the upcoming season. Their expertise in their respective fields is truly remarkable, and they wholeheartedly dedicate themselves to the athletes who walk through their doors. These individuals are hardworking, driven, and possess a wealth of knowledge, which they adeptly apply to cater to the unique needs of each athlete.

I started working out at TNL during their 6 week transformation for adults and had an awesome experience and great success. The training was individualized to my needs as I am not the most athletic person and Shawn and Connor were always available in the gym to answer any questions. The 6WT also provided a nutrition session which helped my family get back on track with healthy eating. The 6WT inspired me to continue my fitness journey at TNL. Working out at TNL is not just going to a gym. There is a family atmosphere where everyone encourages each other. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for semi-private training in an encouraging and supportive atmosphere.
