Step Ahead Home Care Physical Therapy, LLC

Following hip/femur surgery and in-patient rehab, my 91-year-old mother is receiving at-home physical therapy from StepAhead. Beth and Karen are always professional, extremely competent and knowledgeable, compassionate, supportive, pleasant, encouraging, and sensitive to mother's needs and concerns. They have designed a program that fits my mother's age and physical ability, and she is already making progress! My mother also enjoys engaging in conversation with Beth and Karen, and enjoys their visits. I would highly recommend StepAhead to anyone that needs in-home therapy and/or care.

Step Ahead Home Care Physical Therapy was literally a godsend to our family when my dad was discharged from a well known rehab facility in an extremely weakened condition. Concerned that he would no longer be able to live alone in his home. Beth was supportive and encouraging from our very first conversation. She and Karen promptly started my dads in home therapy sessions to increase his balance, mobility and strength which allowed him to safely regain his independence. There was excellent communication regarding any changes noted during their sessions. I would highly recommend them to any family member or friend who needs Rehab services. He and I will genuinely miss Beth and Karen when he no longer qualifies for in home therapy.

Want to thank Beth and Karen for the wonderful care of my mother during her ongoing PT. She is progressing quicker than expected due to their determination, knowledge and professional care. I highly recommend them if you need a Physical Therapist that takes true pride in helping get results for those we care about. Thanks again!!

As a side note, my mom wanted me to add that she enjoys their visits, which is saying a lot since she is not someone who enjoys stepping out of her comfort zone.

I just want to say thank you so much to Beth & Karen for taking such good care of my mom's knee, they are wonderful therapist and so expert for everything they do. they went beyond to take care of my mom. I highly recommend them for all your physical therapy needs. 5 stars is not enough!!

I came across step ahead home care PT online for my grandmother. She was referred for therapy but she does not drive and had some issues with mobility. I called and was able to immediately set up appointments where Beth & Karen came out to my grandmothers home. My grandmother is very particular with doctors, professionals ect and she really has loved working with both Beth & Karen! They are extremely kind and professional and go the next mile for their clients. They made several recommendations for things to change or implement in my grandmothers household to make it easier for her to get around and do daily tasks. They really are amazing and have helped my family tremendously with offering this service. I was also able to find out quickly they work with Medicare so there was only a minimal copay. It was very worth it and I am so glad I came across this service I would highly recommend them and use them in the future!
