I highly recommend CJM Professional Roofing. Manny responded the same day to my request for an estimate regarding leak around our chimney. He explained exactly what needed to be done to repair. The estimate for work needed was very reasonable. He emailed me a detailed estimate that same day. We actually decided after meeting with Manny to go ahead and address additional roof concerns we had been putting off for a while. Manny did not use any pressure techniques. He was very polite and respectful. Manny was very easy to reach with any questions we had. He fit us in within a few days of us deciding to go ahead with the job. His crew worked the entire day completing the project by sunset. They cleaned the area of all debris. We will definitely use this company for any future work needed.

There's a good reason why this guy has all five star reviews, because he does a five-star job. Manny and his team came highly recommended from other people who were very satisfied with his service. I knew of Manny before I even knew of CJM, that tells you how much his reputation preceded him. His team came in and did some minor repairs on my house and some larger repairs on my garage, he shared photos of all of the work and what they had accomplished and I couldn't be happier.

Manny was great to work with, he called back quickly, showed up on time for the estimate, was pleasant and professional. We had a new roof installed and other siding & window trim work done also.CJM got our business based on price, multiple other repairs that we needed done. His crew showed up on the assigned day on time, workmanship was top notch. They were all business and professional, and cleaned the entire job site thoroughly.OH, did I mention that they we ON TIME ! LOL We would definitely recommend CJM professional roofing, and will use them again in the future.

Great experience! Manny and his wife make a great team. Manny came by the same day I called him and had an estimate the to me the next day. We had a roof and skylight replaced and the working was completed the next week. They finished the entire project in one day including cleaning up the yard of roofing debris. The dumpster was picked up a few days later. Skylight and new roof look really good. They are very accommodating and want you to be satisfied with the final product. Manny even found some other items that needed repair that were not a part of this roof and completed that work as well. We are very satisfied.

I rarely provide reviews as, like many other consumers, we sift through these to gage what services we will use or not use and it can affect others decisions.  In this case, I felt it was necessary. I needed a roof replacement in a matter of less than a week. This company came through with a reasonable price in a short time frame. Manny, the owner, was very professional, communicative and respectful. The estimate was provided via email in a professional manner. He then came and explained step by step how the roof would be done. We agreed on a time and date, and although I was not on the property, he provided pictures of the work as it was being completed via text message. I was informed through the process. Roof took less than a full day to complete. Manny was present at the site. The team was very professional and orderly. Everything was cleaned up properly as we completed a final walk through. Also, there was an issue with a bay window and Manny corrected it as a courtesy, no charge.  I also received before and after pictures via text the next day. I would highly recommend CJM to anyone seeking roof replacement or repair or other construction services.
