Binsky Home: Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric

Kavon did an excellent job with my furnace and AC replacement. He, Brendon, and Shawn made a great crew, all working well together. I’m going to call them the Binsky A-Team. Everyone was super nice and polite. My house is now warm and cozy, and I have all the peace of mind in the world that my new system will last for years to come. I’m also looking forward to the hot and humid days of summer to see what this new AC can do.Thanks Guys 😀

It took me so long to find a company that had knowledgeable technicians who would do the job right the first time. I've used Binsky for installations and maintenance and liked their services so much, I decided to get their membership. Unlike certain "worry free" plans, Binsky actually provides service for the cost, including check ups and tune ups a couple times a year.

I plan to keep using them in the future.

I really like the service and communication provided by Binsky, and they text you the name of the person coming to your house. I spoke to Amanda, who spent nearly two hours looking over the house and writing up various recommendations for heating and cooling. I did use Binsky to replace my furnace, air conditioning, and hot water boiler. I like having a piece of mind that I have 10 years of parts and labor covered by Binsky. George and Fred came over to my house, and they made sure to protect the floors from getting dirty and wore booties through their 10 hours of work. Even though they forgot one thing, Binsky made sure to correct their mistake and had my entire system up and running in one day. It is incredible they could remove and replace all three units in one day. Everyone was very cordial and took the time to answer all my questions. They were never pushy.

I scheduled a combi system removal and installation with Binsky. They gave me an installation date within a week of their initial visit. They came in on time and started the removal and installation process. They were almost done the first day when Kavon realized that we might not a combi unit since we have a separate furnace for heating and the old combi unit was a relic from the time before the remodeling was done. He did a thorough inspection of our home to make sure he was right, and then called the head office to schedule a replacement for the combi unit with a water heater. Their drive to do the right thing really impressed me, and saved me around $4000. I really value the honesty on their part. They came back the next day and finished the job within 3 hours. The whole plumbing job looks much better than it was before, they simplified it so much (see attached photos).

I would highly recommend Binsky, and getting on their partner plan (which saves you even more).
