  What a great service department! This was my first time visiting this service center and I had an excellent experience. It was easy to book an appointment, I didn't have to wait long to be seen, and the customer service was great! Sergio was extremely friendly, informative and easy to work with. I will definitely continue to come to this location.

  Sergio, our Service Advisor did a wonderful job of being efficient with our time. We had our annual maintenance (oil change) and discovered that additional repairs were needed. Sergio walked us through the process and explained in detail the work as well as cost of each items--including warranties. He made sure to call us 20 minutes prior to completion of work to let us know when the car was ready. Customer service is top notch and for us not to have an appointment on a busy weekend and just a spontaneous drop-by, it was great to know we were well taken cared of.

  Came here for service on my Acura RDX and Alec assisted me. He was wonderful! He took care of my vehicle, got me in and out quickly, was very kind, and provided excellent customer service! Looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you for making my experience a positive one, Alec!

  What a wonderful service experience with Sergio. First, he called me back when I made the appointment within ten minutes. Second, he verified my seat belt issue should be under warranty. I brought the car in the next day at 8:00. He called me at 10:30 and my car was done! Seat belt buckle was in stock and installed! Incredible service! Plus, Sergio is a wonderful person to deal with!

  Me and my family were driving when all of a sudden the needed for service appear on our vehicle. Called them right away asking I f they have any spot on the same day. The receptionist was very pleasant and gave us an appointment that same day. Alec, the person that took care of our vehicle was very nice and professional. He let us know what our vehicle needed and explained it to us very well. I will definitely come back to this place to get an excellent service on our car.
