In today's housing market, the selling piece of the buy/sell home equation is much easier. (depending on location etc) But to be able to buy, well, that's the trick, especially in a desirable area. Christine has been the difference between about to own a home and continuing to rent for a while. She listened to us, found us listings to meet our specific needs and sooner than we thought told us "You got the house". She's just wonderful- smart, REALLY knowledgeable about the business and her market and patient as all get out. I was in sales for a very long time and recognize the type of person who takes really good care of her clients. If you're looking for a realtor in the area, call her!
I had to sell the family house of 50 years to fund mom's memory care and I live over an hour away. Christine quickly accessed the situation and created a plan to minimize my stress level to practically zero. She thought of everything. She marketed it to the best potential buyers, had 73 showings, and within 4 days we accepted an offer 81 thousand over asking. I CAN NOT THANK HER ENOUGH. I even offered to talk personally to anyone on the fence who is thinking of using her. I am in the real estate photography business and work with a lot of realtors. Christine really is amazing. I would highly recommend her.
