  Judy is an excellent teacher and owner of the perfect location for meditation. “The balance your life” is a welcoming and warm environment. You immediately feel at home and in a state of relaxation. After Judy’s guided meditation, I always feel more grounded and connected.
  Th Primordial Sound Meditation Sat class was amazing, and she gives a gift of meditation practice that you can cherish over years to come.
  I am so happy to have joined the community created by Judy.

  Let me begin by saying that I have never meditated before coming to Balance Your Life. I wasn't sure that a meditation circle was something I could embrace. I decided to give it try just to see what its all about.
  It was so much more than I expected. The experience was great. The space is very cozy and I could feel the positive energy there.
  Judy is an amazing meditation guide and mentor. She exudes a peaceful calm. She has created a very warm and welcoming retreat that transforms my week.

  Judy is the one of the most down to earth, compassionate and genuine woman I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and working with. She immediately makes you feel at home. As soon as you walk into her space, you can’t help but feel instantly relaxed. Very warm and welcoming. Her sound meditation therapy is incredible. I drive from Staten Island to see her. She is the best!

  Judy is wonderful! She is an amazing human being and a very inspiring teacher. She is hospitable, kind and wise. I've tried many times over the years, without success, to meditate on a regular basis...until I met Judy. Thanks to Judy, I have developed a consistent meditation practice which has brought me much peace. I always look forward to her meditation classes.
  I highly recommend Judy's meditation classes to anyone who seeks inner peace and happiness.

  Whenever I need to quiet my mind and put myself right, I book some time with Judy Banks at Balance Your Life. Guided meditation in a serene space filled with positive and healing energy leaves me feeling renewed and refocused. Judy's entire presence is one of love and peace, and with her guidance I am finding myself in a healthier place. Would definitely recommend, either for the newbie or those well-practiced in meditation.
