  I love this car dealership, our sales associate Amanda was the best. Excellent customer service. She didn't even come off like a sales person, she truly care about us. We left there feeling excited about purchasing a car. She did even thing she could to make this experience a good one. Thanks again.

  Had an INCREDIBLE experience here! Basia got us an incredible deal on a jeep, after going to other used dealerships I couldn’t work out a deal anywhere but Basia practically brought my hopes back to life! I’d recommend Northway Automotive to anyone looking to find a great deal on a used car.

  I traveled to Northway after contacting them via their website. A representative contacted me and sent me many possible trucks that fit our criteria. Narrowing down our choices we (myself, son and grandson) decided to travel from Pennsylvania to check them out. I made an appointment with my contact person Basia. Upon arriving we had the pleasure of meeting her (Basia). After reviewing all the trucks we were interested in we could not agree on the sales price of the truck. Basia did everything possible to make it happen to no avail. I have an extensive background in sales and can say without question Basia was extremely professional, friendly and
  courteous. She tried her very best to help us make a deal. I would encourage anyone going to Northway ask for her as your representative. I believe that Basia would have made a deal if she had been the manager. So I can not speak to quality of cars, service, or financing since we didn't buy anything. I can speak to the dedication and professionalism of Basia ask for her when you go there you will be very pleased. In my opinion Northway should make her the manager it would result in more sales and happier customers.Thanks again Basia you made it a trip that was worth while and a pleasant experience.

  My car was just totaled and we have been looking for a new one since we need something ASAP. I saw a car that I really liked from this dealership. I spoke with Basia on the phone about it and it is a process with the insurance company but she has been the best sales person we’ve ever worked with, she has made a bad situation feel like a new opportunity. Great customer service and follow up!! This is the first time I have felt excited about car buying!

  Great place to buy a vehicle. First time ever for me to finance anything. Really clean and smooth ride home. I drove 3 hours round trip. I didn't spend much time checking out the truck until I got home. Love it. Thank you John.
