  My husband and I chose the Island Guest House B&B for our wedding venue. We were able to book all 18 rooms so that our family and friends could stay the weekend. Our experience was unforgettable. Daily breakfast by the staff was delicious. Our innkeeper and bartender Victoria, truly made our stay and is just the sweetest person you’ll ever meet. Our wedding reception was held in the beautiful spacious courtyard and our ceremony was held right on the beach. All of the rooms we’re perfectly decorated, clean, and comfortable. The location was only 3 blocks from the beach and within walking distance all shops and restaurants. It was the perfect setting we were looking for and after this great experience I highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a small wedding, celebration, Family reunion, girls weekend, etc. or to anyone who just wants to spend a relaxing weekend away.

  We had a wonderful time attending our nephew's wedding which was held at The Island Guest House. We were met warmly by Joanne and her daughter Victoria and quickly settled in for a weekend of family and fun. We stayed in the Balcony room which was spacious and comfortable. Each room had two beach chairs, which eliminated one thing from my packing list, and we happily took them to the beach which was just a short walk away. There are also bikes available to use and my favorite...an outdoor shower!!! I only wish I had more time there to take advantage of all they had to offer.
  Breakfast each morning was a delicious assortment of foods all prepared by our hosts. Victoria made sure to check in with us to see if we needed anything as well as tidying up our tables.
  The reception was held on the very spacious patio which easily accommodated a dance floor and 100 guests. We had a great time!
  Mark, Joanne, and Victoria are wonderful proprietors and I would love to go back!

  What a wonderful few days at an amazing B&B. We stayed on the Hideaway Suite, my husband, myself and my niece. It was the perfect amount of space for us. The breakfast each morning was so delicious, from Creme Brulee French Toast to Blueberry Pancakes to Bacon and Cheddar Quiche, it was all amazing!! And that doesn’t even cover the goodies that were always available to satisfy the sweet tooth mid afternoon! The guests of the Island Guest House B&B were just as great as our hosts, Mark, Joanne and Victoria. For the animal lovers who just can’t part with your pet, this is the place to stay. We loved petting and loving on all the dogs that came through. The biggest plus for us though was how easy Mark and Joanne made our trip to the beaches every day. Having badges ready, Beach chairs in your room for your use, an outdoor FULL shower to wash up before even heading back to your room, everything is well thought out and planned to ensure your stay and time at the beach is the best it can be.   My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Island Guest House for two nights. Mark and Joanne are wonderful hosts along with their daughter Victoria. We were warmly greeted at the desk and given a tour and a we felt at home right away. The amenities cover everything you need for a stay at the beach. First you can park your car and everything including the beach is a short walk. You can walk to excellent restaurants, church, library, surf light theater, ice cream Fantasy Island and mini golf. The amenities include beach chairs and bikes to ride anytime. The breakfast was outstanding each morning and you can use a quaint dining room or you can choose the outside patio to dine. Afternoon snack is a real treat each day. There are games and puzzles for use and plenty of places to just sit and relax. My favorite was the outdoor shower! It is fun to see the sun rise in the morning and a short walk to the bay to watch the sun set. We would highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

  We stayed for a week, and it was a great time. The room was neat and clean, and the breakfasts were tremendous. Something new each day.
  The location was great also - within easy walking distance to the beach and to downtown. You and your team couldn't do enough for us, and we sincerely appreciate it. We have already told others of our pleasure, and we look forward to staying with you again in the future.
