We were a bit reluctant to work with a travel agency since we haven't used one in years. Luckily we found Nekiesha and have nothing but great things to say about our experience working wth her on a recent family trip to Disney. She was attentive to every detail, responsive to all our questions (whenever they came up, day or night) and super friendly throughout it all. Kiesha is amazing and an absolute pleasure to work with. She os our #1. We wanted to plan the perfect graduation celebration for our son and Kiesha helped us do just that. It was indeed perfect and turned out absolutely beautiful. Our flight was cancelled the day before our international trip. It was 8 of us on the same flight. Kiesha worked all day and night on the phone with a variety of people to get us all on the same flight again. We left the next morning as scheduled on the same flight. I know it could have turned out differently but the fact that she was trying to fix the situation all day long meant everything to us. I booked my Pastors Anniversary trip to Hawaii with Kiesha and the experience from the time of booking until they returned home was great.
