(September 11, 2018, 4:14 pm)TNT is an excellent place to achieve your goals... why ? because Coach Ted will make sure you push yourself and keep excelling in every session. The gym is not an intimidating place, it has a great balance of people and everyone is friendly. Unlike a lot of gyms I've been to, the TNT gym and all its equipment is cleaned each night- so no horrible gym smell.
5 stars for Coach Ted and his genuine passion to help others achieve their goals. -

(September 10, 2018, 9:40 am)I LOVE TNT!! My husband and I needed a great place to do strength and conditioning and Ted made us feel so welcome. We love it because it is designed to be more of personal one on one time rather than a huge gym where the teacher doesn't really pay attention to you. TNT is like one big family, not only was Ted welcoming but everyone was as well! We encourage each other to work harder and to reach our goals. I would recommend TNT to everyone!

He provides training to athletes, powerlifters, and even has a small group program. If you are looking for serious training TNT Strength and Conditioning is the place to be!

(August 8, 2018, 7:59 pm)TNT Strength and Conditioning is not only a gym for athletes of all ages, genders, strength levels, various performance goals, coaching programs, but is also a place that is inviting and motivating. The owner, Ted, makes sure to go the extra mile for his athletes. In fact, he makes his athletes’ goals his own goals. Through countless powerlifting competitions, Coach Ted and Team TNT have stood in my corner through them all. I highly recommend everything that TNT has to offer!
