  Garrett was exactly who I needed to speak to, to learn more about why I was acting the way I was towards my wife. He helped me realize where my frustrations were coming from and help me understand my wife better! And even more amazing was the fact that he helped my wife understand where I was coming from which I had difficulty doing. I now understand and fee relieved! Thank you Garrett!! You saved me from myself and my marriage!

  My Husband and I were looking for a therapist and once we came across Garrett and read all the great reviews we knew he was right for us. We just started with him and since we started he’s been extremely helpful. He listens with intent, provides a judgement free zone and guides us into becoming a better version of ourselves for each other. Highly recommended!

  My wife and I were looking for a professional licensed therapist for some time, and it wasn’t until we came across Garrett that we knew we had found the one. Going to couples therapy is never not intimidating—especially if you’re new to the experience. And yet, Garrett made us feel at ease immediately and challenged both of us in ways that were honest, non judgmental, and helpful. We are happy to say that after about three months of therapy with Garrett our relationship is stronger than ever. We were able to work through all of the issues that had been building up the previous year, and focus on positive ways to continue to build up our relationship.   Garrett does great work and has been very helpful to my husband and I. He poses thoughtful, critical questions and listens carefully to you. He helps you get to the bottom of whatever problems you are facing. He is highly professional, flexible and accommodating. We are very grateful for his help and highly recommend him.
