I have been to this Harkins (QC) and several others over the years and usually have a great experience with no issues. Yesterday was not the case. My family and I went yesterday and did not have the experience that I have come to expect from Harkins. In our movie there were several groups of unsupervised teenagers, most were respectful and watched the movie. The group of 5 boys next to us was not the case. To be short they talked, were on their phones, drinking 2L soda bottles, dropping/throwing things all over, left walking past us at least 4x each person in the 2.5hr movie. About 30min in after asking them to stop talking I went to customer service asking them to be removed from the movie. I was told someone would be in shortly to take care of the situation. That was not the case, 2 managers came in at separate times and stood at our row. During that time the boys obviously stopped talking but 2 were still actively on their phones. Nothing was done, nothing was said, and they were allowed to stay. At this point we were past the time to get a refund and were not offered one by customer service either. So we had to try and enjoy the movie while all these antics continued for the whole movie. The only reason I am writing the bad review is bc I tried to address the issues in person in active time and was given no solution.

Went to see Top Gun Maverick. Only 10 people in our theater! The staff is always so friendly and helpful, our theater was cool, clean, and comfortable. Everyone at the concession stand was polite and quick! It is our favorite theater. Our son has special needs and wears braces for walking, so the size of this theater makes it easy for him to get in and out. Always a fun time!

Staff were taking precautions by wearing mask & gloves. The theater was clean & the customer service good. It was a good experience for "Respect," an excellent movie.

Always love this movie theater. It's always well taken care of the staff is friendly. And the play center my daughter enjoys going to it’s so much fun with popcorn provided for the kids and a water . They do art projects and the staff takes great care of them for the duration of the movie. 100% recommend.

i went to school here in 1960 first school i ever went to kindergarten here loved it teachers were good back then

My son loved it and he still does but his math teacher Mr.Palek makes fun of the kids and also curses my son says.
