(June 15, 2016, 10:00 am)I went the Back to Heath Chiropractic in Wayne NJ and now I am back to health. I could not sit and read for more than ten minutes or I would get this stiffness in between my shoulder blades. After a few acupuncture treatments I have not had the stiffness. It really works!

(March 10, 2016, 6:12 am)After a year of knee pain and taking all kinds of pain pills and rubs I finally decided to see the chiropractor at Back to Health Chiropractic and Wellness in Wayne, NJ. I wish I had gone sooner. The treatment combination that I was given included some real good advice. Lose weight and wear better shoes. He was able relieve the pain and had some custom shoes inserts made so it would not come back. My shoes were forcing my knees to turn inward and arching my back to much. My extra weight was adding an additional strain. Today I am lighter and pain free.
