(March 3, 2022, 12:02 pm)Great care provided by Heather & the doctor's but be prepared to spend at least 1 1/2 hours there. Actual time with nurse or doctor is no more than 15 mins, the remaining time is in the waiting room so bring a good book. I also noticed yesterday, some assistant's have extremely long fancy fingernails which I don't think is appropriate in a medical facility, especially when dealing with a sensitive areas like the eyes.

(February 4, 2021, 8:49 am)Have been visiting this facility since 2016 for PVD and related complications. Have consulted with 4 different Drs when I needed emergency appointments. But for all of my routine visits I stick to Dr. Wheatley. All Drs. are good but very happy with Dr. Wheatley who is nice and caring.

(May 22, 2019, 8:44 am)Dr. Prenner is an excellent doctor and the most dedicated doctor I know. He has been treating my mother for the past three years. He is always very professional explains what her issues are and what he will do to help her heal in terms that she can understand. He is very friendly and caring and takes his time with his patients. The staff is also very friendly and professional. I’m very much aware that there is going to be a wait time as they have a note indicating that. They are a very busy practice. Most of the time it goes faster than I have anticipated. I have nothing but good things to say about the treatment that my mother receives at NJ Retina. The staff is always on top of what I need to do in terms of insurance they inform me and remind me well ahead of time about who I need to call so that my mother will get assistance for what Medicare does not cover. Thanks to NJ Retina for the excellent care that you provide to my mother and special thanks to Dr. Prenner for being such an exceptional Dr. and a wonderful caring human being. You make coming for those awful retina injections a much better experience. A great group of professionals and is worth the wait I would not take my mother anywhere else.

(February 27, 2019, 10:24 am)This is an excellent group of doctors. Do not be put off by complaints regarding wait times or grumpy assistants. They tell you up front that there will be a wait so be prepared to wait a bit. If you have a problem they will take excellent care of you and I have found them to be very kind and respectful to their patients. Most people know they are some of the most competent eye doctors in this area
