The Park at Franklin Apartments

Had to move in a little rush but Noreen, our leasing agent made the process really smooth. She is excellent and assisted me with all my request and issues even after we settled in.
Definitely recommend Noreen and her team.

The application process was smooth and faster than I expected. The whole thing was efficient and was processed within a day or two. The staff was helpful and friendly as well and answered any questions we had.

I absolutely adore living here. I’ve been here since the start of 2022 and have no issues. It’s a quiet complex, doggie friendly, has a beautiful clubhouse and dog park, and most importantly I feel safe living here. Also, as small as it seems, every time I call the main line, there is ALWAYS someone to answer. And if they don’t answer they will get back to me. I have had such terrible experiences in the past with getting a hold of apartment staff and I have not once had that issue here.

The one thing I cannot rave enough about is the maintenance staff. I was skeptical that they would be prompt as I have lived in other complexes where proper maintenance was difficult to come by. Since I have been here, all problems have been addressed and corrected immediately. Not only that, but today I received a new washing machine and I could not be happier. My old one died on me and I was scared it would be a long and difficult process to replace it but it was quick, easy, and the maintenance employee even took the time to tie back my hoses and leave me a few Tide Pods. I am SO impressed. Can’t wait for more years to come.

We stayed here for an year. The apartments are old but spacious and clean and reasonably priced. Leasing and maintenance staff are prompt and friendly. All the essential amenities are there as well. Loved the pool table and 24 hrs business center. Thank you for making our time here a memorable one!!!
