Crystal Mazda

I took my Mazda 6 for routine 12,000 mile maintenance. Pulled into Service area, was greeted warmly, instructed to go inside and see a service representative. She was very friendly and explained the cost involved. I had one issue and she addressed it right away. I sat in a very comfortable and clean waiting area. While I was waiting I received a text message from the technician working on my car. It was a VIDEO of him underneath my car showing me my car and talking to me about my car. I was like "Wow" this is incredible. He actually thanked me for allowing him to service my car! A short while later he called my name and brought me back to the same service representative who walked me to the cashier. I was charged exactly what I was quoted and my car was there waiting for me. What a wonderful experience.

P.S. I also received text messages and emails reminding me of my appointment the day before.

Alex is a great Salesman, very open and honest. Experience was rather seamless from start to finish.

Came in looking to lease a 2021 mazda CX-30 and had a seamless experience with Mason. I started by chatting with Joe for online sales to confirm the quote. I came in for my appointment time and Mason took care of us. He was absolutely stellar and so patient. Had a minor hiccup with our insurance, but he was absolutely fantastic with us. They also bought out the rest of our loan on our current car, and were fantastic about our budget. We also had to sign documentation with finance and did not get any pressure or push like you normally would expect from a dealer. Cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you Mason for making this process incredible!

Hey I just want to give a huge shout out to Samuel, Mark, and Victor at Crystal Mazda. I went in and had the most amazing experience! Better and easier than I ever could have imagined. They helped me every step of the way and stayed late to make sure it was finished that night. This whole experience was friction free and stress free, I couldn't have asked for or imagined anything better and easier. I definitely would recommend coming to this dealership over others in the area that I also went to and did not have this same experience. If I could give more than 5 stars if I could!!
