  This place is amazing!!! Drinks are great, service is excellent, and food deliciously prepared! I travel all over for work, and I just came from California where you could find authentic Mexican food anywhere you go, and let me tell you Coyote Cocina Mexicana has nothing to fight for! Please do not pay attention to people out there thinking your food is bad, they probably think Taco Bell is real Mexican food too. The amount of food they give you is huge (not to mention everything has gone up after the pandemic). I support you 100% on the automatic tip on the bill. People really think the tip goes to the restaurant. For your information, the tip goes to the person who is serving you, and do you know how much they make per hour??? Apparently not! Everywhere waiters make their money from tips. This is awesome, this place is really taking care of their employees. It doesn’t hurt to look at the prices on the menu, or even ask the price, again it’s really expensive everywhere you go. If you think they should bring the prices down because of the location, you really need to go eat somewhere else (you know what I’m talking about). Please continue with the great work. I will let everyone I know to go to your place. I’ll be back for sure! Thank you!

  Food and drinks were delicious and the portion sizes were good. Most things on the menu are easily modified for vegetarians! The service was wonderful! Every table was full when we went, but the food still came out quickly. Servers and owners were genuinely friendly and checked in frequently. The renovations and decor are beautiful! We will definitely be back!

  Service good! Owners personable. Food was plentiful and made fresh to order. Little bit of a wait, no free tap water but bottled…..place bright and festive….needs a face lift from the outside not inviting or so dark it even looks not open yet…and they might need to extend their dining room ….only room for 12 tables and maybe a few in the front bar area.

  Clean new restaurant with tasty food and drinks. I love that their menu was straight forward and simple.
  
  Was impressed by the burrito size and the Birria tacos flavor. My husband is Mexican and I am also of Hispanic background and we approve. Loved the salsa !
  
  Definitely a great addition to the area ! The wait was worthwhile.
