    I love this place! I get bored very easily which has kept me from joining a typical gym. I'm so glad I tried CrossFit Skylands. The camaraderie is incredible and the workouts are varied, challenging and great. I actually look forward to going there to work out.

    Love, love, LOVE this place!!! All the coaches are not only very knowledgeable but also care about your goals and scale the exercises in a way it's challenging but not impossible. I look forward to my workouts everyday, they are fun, extenuating, sweaty, painful (in a good way) and the closest you can get to personal coaching without paying those high prices. I finish every workout with a sense of accomplishment and I can see it on my wardrobe already, everything fits better. I've only been going there for 2 months but I already feel like a million bucks, the results I have achieved in this very small time would had taken me a year at least in a regular gym. I cannot imagine anything but crossfit skylands when I think about fitness. Thank you Melissa, Patrick, Theresa, Mike and Annie. Love you guys!!!
