Had an excellent experience: my first colonoscopy. Professional, courteous staff, also fast-moving but making time for questions. Pre-procedure, face time with anethesiologist and doctor to perform the colonoscopy, plus a few nurses. Friendly, thorough process, covering all bases. Woke up after my procedure thinking I just had a 10 minute nap but actually, my procedure was done. Most front desk staff is bilingual English/Spanish. There is an automated check-in, like at Quest or Labcorp. Things like comfy pillow, blanket, orange juice and and crackers after the procedure and calling my ride (which I pre-arranged) were all done for me.
Went in for a scheduled procedure that i've never had done before. I love how the check-in process is through a state of the art computer system... scanned my insurance card, scanned my drivers license, paid my co-pay through the check-in computer. The clerks were very courteous. I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes to be taken to be prepped. I wish I knew my nurse's name who put in my IV but she was wonderful. Sweet, gentle, and kind. My anesthesiologist was comforting. My GI Dr Tempera explained the process. I was in a deep sleep and before I know it, the procedure was over. My post-procedure nurse Patricia was also wonderful. I don't have a negative thing to say about this facility. It far exceeded my expectations. Thank you.
I dont if the doctors here are good but this place has the best mocha coffee that I've ever tasted.
