EDIT:I am changing my review from 1 to 5 stars purly because of the supervisor Michael. I called the number I had seen listed on other reviews right after leaving my initial review. He is extremely professional, and you could tell he cared about not only the business, but the customer experience. During the phone call I always felt he was taking my concerns to heart. Thank you to Michael for restoring my faith in this business.

I could rate this place a 0. Didn't even get the chance to try and get it done. The man working who I did not get the name of was so rude and making comments about me from the start. I didn't see him wave me in so he waved me in a second time. He said I already told you twice to come in and mumbling about me. Then he was still mumbling when he asked me to get out of my car. I couldnt understand him so I asked him again what he saod. He got upset again because he had to repeat himself. I decided to leave at that point because of the unprofessional behavior. When I was leaving, he started to yell at me while I was driving away. Never going here again and telling everyone I know to never go there. If he stays at this location, you will keep losing business.

I just got my emission test and registration done here today. Shane was so kind and very informative. The process was so fast, I was there maybe 10 minutes more or less. I'd recommend anyone to come to this location.
