The work performance of Michelle and Margie surpasses all expectations. The constant efforts and support, working with the Forever Warranty individuals, means a great deal to me. Not giving up on what is right, pursuing the chain of paperwork with the Forever Warranty, even when that company gave push back. Getting my camper in on a short notice right before our winter trip up North, knowing that we needed the heat to keep us warm, and pipes from freezing was beyond expectations.

Working with both of these extraordinary Rocky Mountain Service Dept employee's, since I we've owned our camper; they have never let me down, has made me feel like we matter, treat me like family and always remember who I am.

Wow, this place is amazing! Everyone is friendly, and willing to help you out. Denise Hipp showed me what I was looking for, unfortunately it was sold but said she may have another on the way. A couple days later she called and let me know that she had one on the lot. The rest is history, no pressure, I told her I wanted it got the paperwork going and done. Every aspect of purchasing our new camper with Rocky Mountain was exceptional. Beginning with the first point of contact with Billy; the careful tech work with Ruben and his team; the detailed overview of EVERYTHING with Carlos; and the financing with Bianca, we felt very taken care of. The team in the parts department were also helpful. In fact, we'd be hard-pressed to find a single employee there who didn't greet us with a friendly 'hello' during our three hours onsite. For an expensive and stressful purchase, Rocky Mountain put us right at ease.

These guys are awesome! No wonder they are rated number one! Bianca, Travis, Diane “hotdog”, and everyone else were so very helpful and knowledgeable. There was a gentleman who helped hook it up but can’t remember his name (my apologies).They made us feel like family and made sure we knew every inch of our new camper before we left. They made sure we were happy and safe. Thank you everyone. We’ll definitely be speaking your praises to anyone who asks. We enjoyed the entire experience.

I can’t say enough good things about this business and the people that work there. I bought my first camper about three weeks ago and had just the most amazing experience shopping and looking at them with Denise. Denise made the whole process of financing and getting the camper as easy as it can possibly be. Allan who I think does repairs is the one that gave me my walk through since they had a lot of people off for a holiday weekend and he was just absolutely amazing. He knew every inch and detail about that camper inside and out. Renee also did a flawless seamless job on the installation of my brake controller and anything else that need to be done with my vehicle or the camper for towing. Make sure it’s all safe reliable and ready to go for me. Very very highly recommended.
