We originally had Hart alarms that has since been taken over by Doyle. The technician, Lee that came out today was a seasoned technician with Hart alarm systems, which made the process smooth. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Went through and checked the whole system throughly and even made a few repairs that other companies messed up. Great service, timely and knowledgeable. I just became a customer, but if every aspect of my experience is as great as it has begun with, I'm going to be a very happy customer.
First, my previous security company stopped providing my area with service and never notified me. I had an older system with newer cameras. I was provided with an in person evaluation of my situation and a fair estimate for switching over to Doyle security and keeping my cameras.
When install day came, I received a timely install and reset of cameras, sensors, boards, batteries. I'm thrilled to have a local company whom I can contact for any questions without waiting on the phone for hours. Very impressed!
