(May 3, 2021, 6:56 pm)I was at Hi-Way garden Center today. Flowers are beautiful and as I had a couple questions, a staff member, Doug , was very helpful. I was purchasing a fair amount and being a senior , Doug recommended I have him paged and he would assist me in loading my purchases. True to his word, he helped this senior citizen. I tried to tip him for his above and beyond help. He declined my offer and asked if I would give it to a charity when I had an opportunity. Not only is he an outstanding employee and representative of Hi-Way, he displayed character not often seen in one so young. THANK YOU, DOUG!
