(May 4, 2020, 12:32 pm)We ordered a grill for pickup, and we were accidentally given the wrong one when we went to go get it. We called them once we got home and realized, and they did everything possible to make it right. The next day they had someone deliver the correct grill to our house, and he helped us carry it upstairs to our balcony. He even offered to help us move our old grill downstairs and out to the curb. Excellent customer service.
