    I’ve been in the dojo for roughly a year now. Everyone is so sweet and caring. The Sensei’s are caring and don’t leave anyone out. The techniques we use and practice are put to real work situations to help us understand. They have classes 4-6 days a week.

    My son has been attending since February 2018 and I started in August of the same year. My daughter started this past May. Has been incredible to see their confidence soaring and their focus and discipline improving. The senseis are amazing. Very happy to be a part of this family.

    My kids, wife and I are very proud to be part of the One Strike Family. It is a wonderful school with very knowledgeable Sensei who care about the students. Their desire for student success is immeasurable!

    ONE STRIKE FAMILY.. My 2 childern have been attending ONE STRIKE since they opened and trained with Sensei Rhonda and Sensei Lee at a different school before One Strike opened. It is amazing to see how every student grows in strength, confidence, disclipine and focus. Everyone becomes and extended family and enjoys outting such as picnics, holiday parties, and camping. I am proud to be part of the ONE STRIKE FAMILY.
