  I was so pleased with the staff, the food, the prices and the overall experience. The staff here offered one of the best experiences of most any place I've been. They offered to make sure my food was fresh, well prepared and tasted delicious. I was so pleasantly surprised at their willingness to please customers. They are obviously well trained and have awesome personalities. Great job to the management and staff. I will definitely be returning.

  The food was hot, fresh and of good quality. The hot case looked nice, and the lobby was pretty clean with the exception of the overflowing trash receptacle. The staff was friendly and attentive. As a former manager of Boston Market I am more particular than some. good experience over all

  The two times I've been there were awesome one of the gentleman that works there has been super awesome to me both times, if more guys were like him the world would be a better place. I totally recommend this Boston market. And thank you...im sorry I never asked your name. for being so kind to me and my kids you made my day both times. You are definitely ("one of the good ones")😘 I hope that this review finds its way to you.

  Check in was fast and easy. Nice clean room. Comfortable bed.

  Great hotel!! Clean,up to date and helpful courteous staff. If you are ever near Buffalo this is the place to stay!!

  Room was very clean and smelled great. They were pet friendly and the girl Amanda that checked me in was extremely helpful in answering questions and understanding my needs! Room had the AC on already for me and was very comfortable to sleep in. In the morning I came down to tell the manager Maddy about my stay and he was also very welcoming and pleasant to speak to.. Would recommend 100%%%%%%
