I recently purchased a new vehicle at Northtown Hyundai and one of the protection packages I purchased was the undercoating and rustproofing protection from Ziebart. We brought the car in to application of the product Monday and were assisted by Joe Martin. He was such a pleasure to work with and they did such a great job on my Santa Fe, that we ended up purchasing the package for our Nissan Titan and our daughters Toyota Rav 4 also. You know service has to be great when you go in for one car and end up having all 3 done. The entire staff is pleasant and easy to work with. We highly recommend this location and any of the services provided.

My car needed a wash and in need of a polishing and I wanted tinted windows. Came back at the end of the work day and it was in unrecognizable. They did a amazing job and the employees were outstanding. Rob is a good man and he did his job well. He was very professional on all pages. Thanks Ziebart for an amazing experience.

We met Vince on a plane last year, coming from visiting relatives in FL. He was such a pleasant individual to talk to and we decided to check out the Ziebart business that he manages on Union Road. Recently, we bought a new vehicle and after talking to Vince, decided to have rust and paint protection at his location. The service, personnel and work was excellent! Vince even recognized my military service with a discount.

I just moved from Southern California to Buffalo for graduate school and brought my 2015 mustang with me. Needless to say I did a ton of research on how to take care of it through the harsh winters here. I was directed to go to ziebart to get an undercoating treatment for rust prevention due to all the salt on the roads in the winter. It’s kind of pricey, 700 bucks and change for this service, but I decided to do it because they redo the service and touch it up every single year for life! That is ultimately cheaper than doing it every year anyways. I also got a package deal added on to my service for 200 dollars. They clay barred the car, washed it thoroughly, treated the paint with a product that makes it easier to clean and shines very nicely for 5 years, they also touch this up and clay bar it every year for free as well! On top of that, with that 200 dollars extra I got my engine cleaned and my windows treated for anti glare and rain/snow. Overall, I think they did a good job, however the price is a little high. But considering that a good detail job is usually about 300 dollars, this is actually quite a good deal. I was helped by Rob Carpenter, and he was very kind and informative. After the work was done, he took me out to inspect my car and make sure I was pleased with the outcome. I appreciated that and it made me more confident in my purchase.
